Federal Pre-Reform Awards Notice

Please note that the Federal Pre-Reform (WorkChoices) awards contained on this site have been amended to include the October 2008 wage adjustments. Allowances contained in these awards were not increased by the Australian Fair Pay Commission (AFPC). However, the Australian Industrial Relations Commission (AIRC) is presently hearing applications to increase allowances for these awards.

When Chamber of Commerce & Industry Queensland is notified of increases to allowances for the pre-reform awards we will update our AwardsOnline site and send out replacement pages to those members who subscribe to the awards. Please note there will be no increases to allowances within Notional Agreements Preserving State Awards (NAPSA).
